I have no doubt that this is the formula for beingness a millionaire real manor agent. Simply maybe I just desire to be the existent estate agent that tin pay her bills and relish the manner she builds her business organisation. I'll never be the three-hours of timeblocked phone calls real estate agent. Nobody wants to become those sales calls and I certainly don't want to make them. I realized I wasn't gonna like this book after about 107 pages in. I am STILL learning from this volume. Holy COW! It's a pretty intense read for those of the states involved in the real manor world. Just to know that anyone tin can practice it is a Hard pill to swallow. But there's hardly a book I've read that shows you how to tie it altogether, to connect all the dots to make a business organisation piece of work. Then while the title might suggest the book is merely good for real estate agents, as per Canner, I also agree that information technology is useful for anyone in the service business. However, Keller's book truly defines what these phrases hateful. Some platitude, some not and then cliché, the phrasing and explanations in this volume may seem like basic business sense, but

Reading this book, I'm reflected often back to my retail management career and wish I would've had access or thought of reading this book during my retail direction years.

Major focuses from this book like "Thinking Big" and "Aim Loftier" are taught how. Often, as managers, we employ such phrases and try to motivate our team. However, Keller'southward book truly defines what these phrases hateful. Some platitude, some non so cliche, the phrasing and explanations in this book may seem similar basic business concern sense, but I can see how some may struggle with it.

There were also complicated methods of budgeting and holding your team (too every bit yourself) accountable that resonated throughout the book. These complicated, yet uncomplicated models were explained in detail with a daily regime that whatever time to come existent manor agent would definitely do good from.

I'm recommending this volume to anyone in direction, whether it's retail, investors, or future real estate agents. Once more, I wish I had this book long before I started my retail career. It would, in essence have immune me to go on information technology, but alas, I now have an opportunity to attain and exceed my total potential.

Please note, I plan on re-reading this book at least twice a year to stay motivated.
